Large outdoor play spaces are used to support innovative educational programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and delivered by qualified educators committed to children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
Our Early Childhood Teachers plan, interact with children, monitor and assess learning with reference to the guidelines of the Early Years Learning Framework. There is a strong emphasis on relationships, the learning environment and learning through play as they are prepared for school.
To ensure First Steps is an extension of family life, Mums, Dads and Grandparents are encouraged to participate in the learning by sharing their talents and interests. This will give children the best start to develop a secure sense of personal wellbeing, individual confidence and a love of learning. Come be busy with us!
